A Beverly Hills compound formerly owned by “American Idol” creator Simon Fuller is on the market for $20 million.

Built in 1925, the English Traditional-style home has seen several rounds of renovations through the years, including upgrades during Fuller’s decade-plus of ownership and more touch-ups since he sold it in 2016 for $14.6 million.

The estate, which sits on about an acre of grounds, is obscured from the street by privacy hedges.

The three-story house has 8,000 square feet of interior that is characterized by dark hardwood floors and subdued living spaces. Among common areas are two living rooms, a chef’s kitchen with a U-shaped island, a billiards room and a screening room. A floating staircase runs between each floor.

Other amenities include a wine cellar, a gym and a sauna. A total of five en suite bedrooms, including two masters, complete the floor plan.

Outside, balconies and terraces overlook grounds that hold a pool set into rolling hills. A sports court sits adjacent.
