Jason Gray-Stanford of “Monk” fame has listed his Studio City house for sale at $1.899 million.

The Traditional-style one-story is set on a gated third of an acre in the Fryman Canyon area. Red brick accents and large windows add to the 1950s vibe outside, while vaulted ceilings and open plan space give the interiors a contemporary feel.

A living room with a fireplace, sunlit dining area, used-brick kitchen fireplace, newly constructed media room with fireplace and sliding barn-style doors, three bedrooms and three bathrooms are within the 2,700 square feet of living space. The master suite has two walk-in closets and looks out onto a swimming pool.

A boulder fountain spills into the pool and spa. Mature trees, decks and patios complete the grounds.

Gray-Stanford, 45, played Lt. Randy Disher on the comedy-drama, which ran from 2002 to 2009. He was a regular in the 2014 series “Republic of Doyle” and “Mistresses.” Last year he appeared in “Bones” and “NCSI: New Orleans.”

The actor bought the property four years ago for $1.1 million, public records show.

Andrea Korchek of Wish Sotheby’s International Realty is the listing agent.
