Jillian Michaels sees a gain with Hollywood Hills West home sale

This is one time personal trainer Jillian Michaels wanted to see a gain. She just sold a house she spent $1.565 million on in Hollywood Hills West six years ago for $2.075 million.

The boxy contemporary home, built in 2000 and reworked by Michaels, is ultra-chic with an open floor plan, walls of glass, an office, three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. A multiple-camera surveillance system secures the property.

There’s a pool but no gym. Michaels must not be one to bring her work home.

Michaels, 40, has starred in “The Biggest Loser” and “Losing It With Jillian.” She has worked on fitness-related DVDs, books and video games and recently launched a line of workout clothes. Michaels will not be returning to “Biggest Loser” this fall.
