Lance Reddick, a regular on “Fringe” for five seasons, has sold his penthouse in the Pico-Robertson area for $645,000.

The condominium has hardwood floors, dual dishwashers, a gas fireplace, three bedrooms and two bathrooms in 1,469 square feet of living space. A balcony off the living area takes in hillside views.

The building, constructed in 2004, has gated access.

Reddick, 51, is on the current series “Intelligence” and has made several appearances on “American Horror Story.” He was in the fourth and fifth seasons of “Lost” and in “The Wire” (2002-08).

The actor bought a home in Studio City late last year for $1.3 million.

Chris Jacobs and Jeff Yarbrough of Keller Williams were the listing agents. Suzanne Chai, also with Keller Williams, represented the buyer.
