LM Pagano, who has decorated homes for stars including Johnny Depp and Nicolas Cage, has sold her home in Hollywood Hills for its asking price of $3.1 million.

The Colonial Greek Revival house, built in 1930, is often associated with singer and actress Deanna Durbin. A Times story from 1941 identifies the address as that of her fiancé Vaughn Paul Jr., who became her first husband.

The 4,320 square feet of living space contains a living room with a fireplace, a card room, a conservatory, a den, an office, a butler’s pantry, five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

There are terraces, a glass-enclosed porch and a porte-cochere. The gated one-third-acre lot includes a guesthouse and parking for 10 cars.

Durbin, who died last year at 91, appeared in musical films in the 1930s and ‘40s, earning an Academy Juvenile Award at 17. Among the lyric soprano’s film credits are “Three Smart Girls Grow Up,” “One Hundred Men and a Girl” and “Can’t Help Singing.”

The property previously sold in 1994 for $475,000.

Ian L. Brooks and George Salazar of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices handled the transaction.
