Television personality Brooke Mueller has sold the gated Los Feliz home she once shared with her ex-husband, Charlie Sheen, for an undisclosed amount.

The buyer is actor Simon Helberg of “The Big Bang Theory.”

The restored 4,179-square-foot villa has four bedrooms and 41/2 bathrooms. A fountain stands in the tiled front courtyard of the Mediterranean-style home, built in 1927. Inside, the dramatic two-story entry has wood floors and a vaulted ceiling. The step-down living room features a fireplace and wood-beamed ceiling.

An eat-in kitchen, with stone floors and a center island, overlooks courtyards and the backyard, which has a swimming pool. A sweeping staircase leads to the master bedroom wing, the other bedrooms, an upstairs family room and outdoor terraces.

Mueller, 34, co-starred this year in the Paris Hilton reality show “The World According to Paris.” She was on “Entertainment Tonight” in 2008 and 2009.

Sheen, 46, had starred on the sitcom “Two and a Half Men” since its 2003 launch, earning a reported $1.8 million per episode in 2010. He was fired earlier this year. His television and film credits include “Spin City” (2000-02) and “Wall Street” (1987).

Helberg, who recently sold a home in Los Angeles, is one of the five central characters in the ensemble comedy “The Big Bang Theory,” which started in 2007. The 30-year-old starred in “Derek and Simon: The Show” (2007).

Public records show the property was purchased for $2.575 million in 2007, before Mueller and Sheen’s 2008 marriage. After the birth of twin sons in 2009, they listed the house at $3.697 million. Weeks or months may pass before sale prices appear in public records.

A quiet sale, not a big bang

Actress Kaley Cuoco, who costars as the neighbor of a pair of socially inept physicists on “The Big Bang Theory,” has sold her home in Sherman Oaks for $822,500.

The Spanish-style house was built in 1937 but has been updated. Features include distressed hardwood floors, French doors that open to a covered patio and interior arches between living spaces. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms in 2,171 square feet.

Cuoco, 25, has starred on the sitcom since 2007. The show has been renewed through the 2013-14 season.

She was also a regular on the series “Charmed” (2005-06) and “8 Simple Rules” (2002-05). She is in “The Last Ride,” a film about country singer Hank Williams set for wide release in January.

The property was purchased in 2005 for $1.355 million, according to public records.

Stephanie Vitacco of Coldwell Banker was the listing agent. Eric Lieberman of John Aaroe Group represented the buyer, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

No longer the boss in Malibu

Actor Tony Danza has sold his longtime Malibu beach house for $8 million. It came on the market in July at $9.1 million.

The 1949 traditional main house, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sits on 50 feet of beachfront. The entire second level of the home is a master suite including a sitting area, fireplace and deck. The property also has two detached guest suites for a total of about 3,000 square feet of living space.

Danza, 60, won TV fans with his roles in the sitcoms “Taxi” (1978-83) and “Who’s the Boss?” (1984-92). The former professional boxer has since turned to Broadway, playing Max Bialystock in “The Producers” (2006-07). Last year he starred in the film “Aftermath” and the reality series “Teach: Tony Danza.”

Public records show he bought the property in 1987 for $1.15 million.

Shelly Yrigoyen of Pritchett-Rapf & Associates in Malibu was the listing agent. Michael Cunningham and Jeffrey Chertow of Pritchett-Rapf represented the buyer.

Her boots were made for walkin’

Singer Nancy Sinatra has sold her home in Beverly Hills for $5.3 million.

The 8,085-square-foot house, built in 1990, features an open floor plan in which a main living area, a den/media room and a lounge with a bar flow into one another. There are five bedrooms and 61/2 bathrooms. The one-third-acre site includes a swimming pool, a cabana and a two-story guesthouse.

Sinatra, 71, is the daughter of entertainer Frank Sinatra and his first wife, Nancy. Among her 1960s hit songs were “These Boots Are Made for Walkin’,” “Sugar Town” and “Somethin’ Stupid,” which she sang with her father.

Public records show she bought the property in 1998 for $2,218,500.

Sinatra sold because she is downsizing, said listing agent Rory Barish of Keller Williams Realty’s Beverly Hills office.

Selling his private field of dreams

Sports agent Jonathan Weisz has listed his spread in a gated community in Poway at a range of $9.2 million to $11 million.

The 42-acre property includes more than 18,000 square feet in three buildings and, appropriately for a man who represents ballplayers, a baseball field. There is also a lighted batting-cage area, a four-stall barn, a riding corral, fenced pastureland, an infinity pool with a spa and garage parking for six cars.

The compound consists of a 13,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style main house on three levels, a 2,500-square-foot guesthouse and a stables/guest apartment of 3,000 square feet.

The Major League Baseball-registered agent is selling because he is planning to relocate.

Mary Jo Atkins of Real Living Lifestyles in San Diego is the listing agent.

Songsmith works on a key change

Songwriter Allan Dennis Rich has put his condominium in the Hancock Park area up for sale at $699,000.

Described as “New York Central Park” in style, the contemporary open-plan unit is in a 1960s postmodern complex. The designer-decorated one-story unit features a frosted-glass retractable wall, high ceilings, espresso-finish hardwood floors, a terrace, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and more than 1,900 square feet of interior space — plenty of room for a piano.

Rich has worked on film soundtracks including “The Other Guys” (2010), “Runaway Bride” (1999) and “The Bodyguard” (1992). He has written hits for Natalie Cole, James Ingram and Whitney Houston, among others.

Public records show he bought the property in 2006 for $590,000.

Laurent Louvet and Donald Wight of Keller Williams Realty’s Beverly Hills office are the listing agents.
