Actor and stand-up comic Jamie Kennedy is looking for a buyer for his Los Feliz home.
Listed at $1.9 million, the updated midcentury house features walls of glass, pocket doors, three bedrooms, a den, 31/2 bathrooms and 2,400 square feet of living space. An entertainment space with built-in bar and dining area sits off the swimming pool, spa and cabana.
Kennedy, 42, is known for his comedy work as host and various characters on "The Jamie Kennedy Experiment" (2002-04). He starred in the 2003 film "Malibu's Most Wanted" and "Son of the Mask" (2005) and was in the series "Ghost Whisperer" (2008-10). His voice work in animation includes "The Cleveland Show" (2009-present).
Public records show Kennedy bought the property in 2007 for $2.15 million. He is selling because he travels extensively and is ready for a change.
Jon Bronson and Yvonne Arias of Westside Estate Agency are the listing agents.
