Stacey Dash, who made her feature-film breakthrough in a supporting role in “Clueless” (1995) and went on to appear with Gwyneth Paltrow and Christina Applegate in “View From the Top” (2003), now has her own view not far from the top of a luxury high-rise.

She has leased a Westside condo that has views from Century City to the ocean. The condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms in about 1,000 square feet. It also has hardwood floors and a patio. Among the amenities of the building are an Olympic-size pool, a new gym, a tennis court, park-like grounds, valet parking and on-site management.

The actress leased the condo for a year at $2,500 a month. The 20-story tower is a 480-unit condo conversion built in 1966. It is popular with many in the entertainment industry because of its features and location. It is within a block of 20th Century Fox Studios and a short freeway drive to Sony’s studios in Culver City. The tower is also within walking distance of a mall, restaurants and hotels.

Dash, 39, is known for her work in the film “Clueless,” a role she continued to play in the TV series based on the movie that aired from 1996 to ‘99, first on ABC and then UPN. She played Dionne, a Beverly Hills teen who shares a passion for fashion with her best friend, Cher (Alicia Silverstone). Dash, a real-life pal of Silverstone and actress Brittany Murphy (Tai in the “Clueless” film), will appear with Michelle Pfeiffer in the upcoming movie “I Could Never Be Your Woman.”

Elaine Dannenberg of Prudential California, Beverly Hills, represented Dash in her lease; Drew Mandile and Brooke Knapp of Sotheby’s International Realty, Beverly Hills, had the listing.

Roseanne has

left the ranch

Roseanne has sold her Lake Arrowhead ranch, on 11 acres, for $2.8 million. It was listed at $3 million. The sale included furnishings and a large collection of Western memorabilia.

The ranch has a five-bedroom main house with a large mahogany bar originally from the Bucket of Blood Saloon in Virginia City, Nev., and a ceiling said to have come from Italian dictator Benito Mussolini’s study. The main entry door is from a Paris distillery.

The property also contains a two-story, two-bedroom house for ranch hands, a one-bedroom guest apartment, a barn with a loft-style office, an ATV garage, a greenhouse and a tennis court.

Roseanne first listed the ranch at $3.9 million in March 2003, saying then that she wanted to move on after having divorced husband Ben Thomas, who was her former bodyguard. The estate is completely fenced and adjacent to hundreds of acres of national forest reserve.

The buyer is a corporate executive who owns several homes at Lake Arrowhead and has one, at Shelter Cove, listed at $4.5 million.

The Emmy-winning comic-turned-actress, 53, was one of the highest-paid performers on TV when she was starring in her sitcom “Roseanne” (1988-97). She returned in October to stand-up comedy.

Nick LaCarra of Lynne B. Wilson & Associates, Lake Arrowhead, was the listing agent. Steve Williams, of the same firm, represented the buyer.

A style born

in Hollywood

Jeff Klein, who owns the historic and newly renovated Sunset Tower Hotel and Tower Bar, and John Goldwyn, an independent producer and grandson of movie pioneer Samuel Goldwyn, have purchased a Hollywood Hills home for about its $3.3-million asking price.

The home, owned originally by director George Cukor (“A Star Is Born,” 1954), was built in 1951 by John Woolf, who designed in the Hollywood Regency style. It was most recently owned by interior designer Greg Jordan, who died last year at 48 of a heart attack.

The house, one of the last examples of Woolf’s vision, has three bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms in 2,500 square feet.

Among its features are a 14-foot-high living room ceiling; tall, narrow Pullman doors; a guest bedroom with skylights; and a garden.
