CBS' "Big Brother" won Sunday night as the "Teen Choice Awards" on Fox continued to fall in ratings, according to preliminary numbers from Nielsen.
"Big Brother's" viewership grew to 7.22 million, up 6% from last week, though it fell 4% in adults 18 to 49 to a 2.2 rating. A ratings point equals about 1.3 million viewers.
CBS scored the top ratings spot Sunday with an average of 6.87 million viewers and a 1.4 key demo rating.
"Teen Choice Awards" slipped 10% in the key demo from last year's July 22 broadcast. The two-hour event, which featured performances by singer Demi Lovato and boy band One Direction, got an average of just 2.63 million people to tune in.
However, ratings among teens grew by about 17% year-over-year.
In 2012, the broadcast's 18-to-49 rating slid 9% after shrinking 27% in 2011.
NBC's "Crossing Lines" was flat from two weeks ago at 0.5 and CBS' "Unforgettable" rose 8% from last week to a 1.3.
