The Ministry has a bone to pick with Mother Nature: She’s dared to tamper with the crystal-blue peepers of one Anderson Cooper.

The TV journalist, captain of the airline citizen police and host of the soon-to-be defunct “Anderson Live,” revealed Tuesday that a work trip had left him blind for almost two days.

“Temporarily blinded last week while on assignment,” the anchor shared on Instagram. “UV light bouncing off water. Much better now.”

Cooper was shooting a segment on the coast of Portugal when apparently glare did some damage.

“I wake up in the middle of the night and it feels like my eyes are on fire,” he said on “Anderson Live,” via People.

“It turns out I have sunburned my eyeballs and I go blind. I went blind for 36 hours. I took this picture of me after I went to the hospital,” he said, referring to the Instagram shot.

“That’s my new Match.com profile picture, by the way,” he joked to his audience (but we’d seriously click it, Coop).

The offspring of Gloria Vanderbilt brought on NBC medical editor Dr. Nancy Snyderman to give him a clean bill of health, though she reinforced the necessity of sunglasses.

Protect those dreamcatchers, AC.
