Kaley Cuoco’s soon-to-be ex-husband, Ryan Sweeting, has requested spousal support from “The Big Bang Theory” star, according to recent reports.

The tennis player filed the request on Oct. 15, Us Weekly said; he also requested that the court terminate Cuoco’s ability to request spousal support from him, People reported, citing court documents.

After a whirlwind three-month romance, the couple wed in a lavish celebration on New Year’s Eve in 2013. In a joint statement in September, Cuoco and Sweeting announced that they had “mutually decided to end their marriage.” Days later, the CBS star filed for divorce from the 28-year-old athlete, citing irreconcilable differences.

The duo reportedly signed a prenuptial agreement about a month before they married, and that’s likely good news for the “8 Simple Rules” alum, who was named one of TV’s highest-paid actresses by Forbes this year, earning an estimated $28.5 million.

Despite rumors swirling around the couple about what went wrong, Cuoco has remained active on Instagram. Last week, she blasted rumors that she was already dating her former flame and “Big Bang” love interest, Johnny Galecki, writing: “So sorry to disappoint , but no home wreckers or secret flings going on here. Me and @sanctionedjohnnygalecki are just the best of buds -- Leonard and Penny will just have to suffice!!!”

Galecki echoed the sentiment with his own photo with his costar: “No scandals / home wreckers / pregnancies here, y’all. Just profound friendship. @normancook”

Cuoco’s most recent update came late Tuesday, when she expressed gratitude to her fans.

“I’m feeling completely overwhelmed with the outpouring of kindness and support from the people that surround me and from those I have never even met,” Cuoco wrote, captioning a Winnie-the-Pooh and Piglet illustration. “I want you to know, I read all your comments and your sweet words have touched me deeply. I’m incredibly grateful for all your love as I start this next chapter in my life.”
