Kris Jenner and Bruce Jenner live apart sometimes, says Khloe Kardashian, but that doesn't mean they're headed for splitsville. It seems they just do what works for them.
Doing the media rounds for "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," the reality TV star addressed rumors on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" that her mom and stepdad were having marital problems.
"Well, they're not having problems but they still like to live apart, which is definitely different," said Kardashian, who is married to L.A. Clippers forward Lamar Odom.
"In my house, there is a man room for Lamar. A room, not a different house. So I think they took my idea and ran with it and they got another house. And Bruce stays there sometimes..."
Talk about needing your own space.
"It's in the same state, yes, different city," the outspoken, youngest sister in the trio clarified. "I'm not for that, but you know, to each their own. I don't compare relationships. I just think a little too much time apart maybe isn't the best thing.... They're like, 'Don't judge us. We've been married years,'" she said. "I'm like, 'I know people that have been married longer that still live together.'"
Kris Jenner, the ex-wife of O.J. Simpson lawyer Robert Kardashian, serves as manager for her three famous daughters. She and Bruce Jenner, the Olympic gold medalist, married in 1991 and have two daughters together, Kendall, 17, and Kylie Jenner, 15. Bruce often squabbles with the family and is teased or alienated on their E! series, which often does not help his cause.
The 28-year-old also shared a bunch of backstage photos from her appearance, including snaps of fellow guest Danny McBride and musical guest the Wanted. She also made sure to plug her Kardashian Kollection for Sears outfit.
She also shared some details from sister Kim Kardashian's baby shower, which took place Sunday and was hosted by mom Kris, Khloe, sister Kourtney and their aunt. Kim Kardashian is pregnant with rapper Kanye West's baby.
"You know, there were a lot of cooks in the kitchen, and the emails back and forth, I was like, 'OK, honestly, enough. Take us off the chain.' It was too much for a baby shower, it was like a wedding."
Well, Kim did wear a white Lanvin maxi dress...
About 100 guests feted the mom-to-be under garden tents with Khloe and Kourtney donning floral crowns for the garden goddess theme. West, who has been criticized for being away from his girlfriend during much of her pregnancy, also joined the festivities.
"The dad is supposed to come at the end," she said. "So Kanye, Lamar and [Kourtney's boyfriend] Scott [Disick] went at the end. They're all the dad," she kidded.
