Doctors reportedly attempted to bring Bobbi Kristina Brown out of a medically induced coma on Wednesday but put her back under the same day after she suffered what a family source said were “violent seizures.”

“She is being put back into a coma,” the source told People, adding that father Bobby Brown was “beside himself.”

Once out of the coma, she was to have remained on life support: a ventilator and a feeding tube.

“We’re all hoping and praying that this will give us some answers,” the family source told the magazine before the seizures occurred.

Bobbi Kristina Brown has been hospitalized since Jan. 31, when she was found unconscious in a bathtub in her home in Roswell, Ga., outside Atlanta.

A doctor who is not treating the 21-year-old -- the only child of performer Bobby Brown and the late singer Whitney Houston -- explained to People that a patient is usually brought out of a medically induced coma either because her condition has improved or to enable doctors to assess what she can do for herself.

There has been no indication from the family that Bobbi Kristina’s condition has changed significantly.

Meanwhile, Bobby Brown has delayed Australian tour dates so he can remain by his daughter’s side, USA Today reported. The tour was to have begun March 18.

And Nick Gordon, who was raised with Bobbi Kristina before the two became a couple, was going off Wednesday on Twitter as he continued to ask for access to the woman who called him her husband, even though they never married.

“I love @REALbkBrown so much I admit I’m so scared if anything happens to her i don’t know what to do,” he said in one posting.

In another: “If her father @KingBobbyBrown really cared about his daughter. Play a tape recorder with my voice her fav music LET HER WAKE UP.”

An attorney for Bobby Brown said Sunday in a statement that Gordon was being kept away from Bobbi Kristina because of his “failure to place in tangible form his understanding of the events that led to the hospitalization of Bobbi Kristina.”

Police have said they’re conducting a criminal investigation into the situation.

On Monday, Gordon accused Bobby Brown and his family of wanting Bobbi Kristina’s money, which she inherited after Houston died. He said the money belongs to his girlfriend, “Krissi,” or her grandmother, Cissy Houston.

Gordon’s attorney said in a statement the same day that his client had made statements to law enforcement and was willing to talk to his girlfriend’s father privately about permission to see her.

On Wednesday, Gordon said through a representative that he had dropped a request for a temporary restraining order that the Atlanta Journal-Constitution said his attorney had filed Monday to stop local police from executing a search warrant aimed at obtaining private home security footage of the day in question.

“To protect his client’s interests, [Gordon’s attorney] filed the temporary restraining order,” the 25-year-old’s publicist told the Los Angeles Times in a statement. “However, Mr. Gordon has since elected to dismiss the claim in an effort to help Roswell PD speed up their investigation.”
