Jeremy Renner’s wife Sonni Pacheco is bailing on their short-lived marriage.

“The Avengers” star, whose breakout role was the lead in 2008’s “The Hurt Locker,” secretly wed the Canadian model on Jan. 13 but news of the union only surfaced when the ultra-private actor flashed his ring at the September premiere for “Kill the Messenger.”

But after 10 months of marriage, Pacheco filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences, according to court documents obtained by the Los Angeles Times. She listed their date of separation as Nov. 29.

Pacheco filed the documents in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Dec. 5 and is seeking spousal support, sole physical custody and joint legal custody of their 1-year-old daughter, Ava Berlin Renner, with visitation for Renner. She wants him to sign up and use the site Our Family Wizard to coordinate custody and communication about Ava.

Pacheco said that she and “The Bourne Legacy” star, 43, had a prenuptial agreement, but that it should be invalidated “based on fraud,” though she didn’t elaborate further on the fraud statement.

She’s also demanding that Renner “immediately return [her] stolen passport, birth certificate and Social Security card and be restrained from making further efforts to conceal same.” She also wants to use the couple’s Range Rover -- with Renner footing the bill -- and have the two-time Oscar nominee pay for her rent, moving expenses and attorney fees.

As of press time, it was unclear if Renner had filed a response.

Reps and an attorney for Renner and an attorney for Pacheco did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
