Bob Barker is 90 years old, but he’s still got some fight left in him. And he’ll prove it next week when he returns for a guest spot on the CBS daytime soap “The Bold and the Beautiful.”

His appearance Thursday will be the former “Price is Right” host’s third on the soap opera and his second this year. He last appeared on the show in April and his first appearance was back in 2002 when he was still a game show host. He retired from that gig in 2007.

But, most excitingly, Barker will use this appearance to make his personal homage to “Happy Gilmore.”

Barker, playing himself, will get into a physical altercation with Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks), when Spencer insults animal lovers. That’s a subject near and dear to Barker’s heart, both in fiction and in real life, so Barker proceeds to unleash “a flurry of punches,” according to CBS’ description, leaving Spencer face-down in a puddle of mud.

It’s been almost 20 years since Barker last delivered an on-screen beating in the 1996 Adam Sandler flick “Happy Gilmore,” and it’s still considered a comedy classic. So, naturally, Barker is giving the fans what they want.

“It’s proof that those karate lessons with Chuck Norris are still paying off,” Barker said in a statement.
