Funny.

And comforting.

And sexy to me.

That’s what Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ character says about James Gandolfini’s in the new trailer for “Enough Said,” one of Gandolfini’s last films. The “Sopranos” star died in June at age 51.

In the romantic comedy from writer-director Nicole Holofcener (“Lovely & Amazing”), Louis-Dreyfuss plays a massage therapist named Eva, a single woman falling in love with Gandolfini’s Albert.

Both are single parents with teen children, but the real complication in their relationship is that Albert’s ex-wife, Marianne (Holofcener regular Catherine Keener) is Eva’s massage client.

When Marianne starts disclosing personal details about her marriage, Eva is caught in a slightly awkward predicament, and she begins channeling Marianne. Eva’s comments about Albert’s lifestyle ultimately lead him to complain, “Why do I feel like I just spent the evening with my ex-wife?,” surely not the best indication of a successful love life.

The movie is due from Fox Searchlight on Sept. 20, and will be playing at the Toronto International Film Festival before that.
