The accusations in Sam Lutfi's case against Britney Spears' parents and her conservators may have been sensational, but the evidence just didn't hold up -- at least in the eyes of the judge, who tossed the suit Thursday before it made it to the jury.

Lutfi's lawsuit had accused Britney's mom, Lynne Spears, of libel and her dad, Jamie Spears, of battery. It also accused her conservatorship of failing to pay him a 15% fee on the singer's income during the time he claimed to have been her manager.

Judge boots case against Britney Spears' parents, conservatorship

The accusations in Sam Lutfi's case against Britney Spears' parents and her conservators may have been sensational, but the evidence just didn't hold up -- at least in the eyes of the judge, who tossed the suit Thursday before it made it to the jury.
