Dick Wolf used to be all about New York. The Big Apple was the setting of his popular “Law & Order” franchise.

But it’s become clear in the past several years that Chicago is Wolf’s kind of town.

NBC has just given renewals to two of Wolf’s dramas, “Chicago Fire” and “Chicago P.D.,” for next season. “Chicago Fire” will be entering its sixth season, while “Chicago Fire” will begin its fourth.
