Just because Kim Kardashian gave birth a few days ago to her first child doesn’t mean her sister Khloe Kardashian isn’t going to try to grab at least a few beams of the media spotlight.

Khloe, featured in E!’s “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” while her reality series with her fading basketball husband, Lamar Odom, remains on hold, spent Wednesday hyping the new Kardashian Sun Kissed sunless tanning lotion line at a beauty store in Burbank.

With half of her hair wrapped up in a bizarre set of cornrows, Khloe unveiled Sun Kissed as a lotion “designed to deliver a healthy looking, bronzed complexion reminicent of the Kardashian sisters’ signature golden head-to-toe glow.”

According to a press release, Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian are “often asked about their self-tanning regimen” and “made it their mission to deliver something special to their fans.” The line is “carefully crafted by the Kardashian sisters.”

Khloe’s promoting the new line while celebrating the newest member of the Kardashian family probably makes sense. After all, baby probably needs a new pair of shoes!
