Charlie Sheen has a new co-star on “Anger Management” and her name is Laura Bell Bundy.

FX announced Monday that Bundy was joining the cast of the sitcom to replace previous co-star Selma Blair, who had left the series after a public clash with Sheen.

According to TV Guide, Bundy’s character is Dr. Jordan Denby, a partner for Sheen’s character in a sex research project. She’s also a recent divorcee with a drinking problem and the potential to cause lots of trouble for Sheen’s character.

Besides her sitcom work (she appeared as a recurring role in “How I Met Your Mother’s” sixth season), Bundy is also a stage actress with an additional music career. She originated the role of Elle Woods in the Broadway production of “Legally Blonde: The Musical” and received a Tony nomination in 2007.

She has also released two albums as a singer-songwriter and is currently on tour with Rascal Flatts.

Bundy will replace Blair, who reportedly complained to producers about Sheen’s work ethic on set, which resulted in Sheen refusing to work with her. She left the series in June.
