There was no new episode of "Jane the Virgin" on the CW this week, and that caused more than a few telenovela-esque ugly cries from fans.

But not to fear. For those in need of a fix before the show returns with a new episode next week, we have you covered.

Gina Rodriguez, who stars as the dramedy's twentysomething pregnant virgin Jane Villanueva, will be joining us for a live video chat on Wednesday at noon PST.

"Jane the Virgin," developed by Jennie Synder Urman from a Venezuelan format,  stands as one of the more whimsical dramas in the midst of CW's roster of supernatural and superhero fare. It received strong notice among television critics ahead of its October launch, including our own Robert Lloyd, who declared it "one of the best things to come out of the fall season." And Rodriguez, in particular, has charmed critics with her portrayal.

We'll talk to Rodriguez about settling into the role, the wonder that is Rogelio De La Vega, and what lies ahead. For those who want to get in on the fun, post your questions in the comments section or tweet them to us using the hashtag #askLATimes
