Heroes Reborn Hiro and Angela (guest stars Masi Oka and Cristine Rose) have a mission that could impact the entire course of civilization in this new episode that features a guest appearance by Greg Grunberg in his original “Heroes” role. 8 p.m. NBC

Bones A U.S. senator’s bizarre murder leads Brennan and Booth (Emily Deschanel, David Boreanaz) to Capitol Hill in this new episode. 8 p.m. Fox

Life in Pieces Caught in the act of trying to steal Colleen’s (Angelique Cabral) dog, Chad (Jordan Peele) uses the occasion to pitch a business idea to her and Matt (Thomas Sadoski) in this new episode. Alex Borstein guest stars. 8:30 p.m. CBS

Mom Christy’s (Anna Faris) grandmother (guest star Ellen Burstyn), Bonnie’s estranged mother, wants back into their lives. Jamie Pressly becomes a series regular in this new episode. 9 p.m. CBS
