Feel like Cinderella, thanks to Napoleon Perdis makeup collection

Share

Makeup artist and cosmetics entrepreneur Napoleon Perdis has a new limited collection out that should make the wearer feel like Cinderella.

The collection is inspired by the Australian Ballet’s upcoming new version of “Cinderella,” set to Prokofiev’s score but reimagined by choreographer Alexei Ratmansky and with sets and costumes by French designer Jerome Kaplan.

Perdis is a sponsor of the production, which is set to premiere in mid-September in Melbourne, and is the Australian Ballet’s makeup partner, so a makeup collection based on the fairy-tale heroine seems like a natural.

The Cinderella Collection is designed, Perdis says, to couple radiant skin with smoldering eyes, starting with Auto Pilot Radiance Boosting Primer ($42) and continuing with a smoky charcoal eye shadow called “Cinders” ($25) or a choice of four shades in the Prismatic Eye Shadow Quad #11 ($35). Finish off with DeVine Goddess lipstick in “Aphrodite” and you’ll be ready to dance the night away.

With or without Prince Charming.

The Cinderella Limited Edition Collection is available at Napoleon Perdis concept stores, Bergdorf Goodman, select Neiman Marcus stores and online at napoleonperdis.com
