The elegant dress adds a touch of whimsy with orange-and-black-striped silk layered under a blue silk overdress -- kind of a grown-up pinafore.

Kohl’s announced via news release Thursday that it will stay open around the clock for 100 hours in the final holiday season shopping sprint. The stores plan to remain open from 6 a.m. Dec. 20 until 6 p.m. on Christmans Eve.
