Kelly Junkerman, a veteran writer-producer-director of television movies and music specials, has put his home in the Hollywood Hills on the market at $1,595,000.
Built in 1954, the house has city and canyon views. Its more than 4,000 square feet of living space were designed for entertaining. There are 30-foot ceilings in the living rooms, walls of glass, two stories of decking, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Junkerman wrote and produced the TV special "A Day in the Life of Country Music" (1993), in which country musicians in more than three dozen locations were filmed on a single day. He continues to produce Christmas touring shows for country great Kenny Rogers.

Update: Professional skateboarder Erik Ellington has sold his Hollywood Hills contemporary for $1.4 million, the MLS shows.
The renovated single-story house, built in 1953, sits on three-quarters of an acre landscaped with tropical plants and mature trees. Ellington remodeled the inside in an old-world Spanish style with cathedral and beamed ceilings and dark hardwood floors. The reconfigured master bedroom suite includes a sitting area, a hot tub and two walk-in closets.
The open-plan house has four bedrooms, 31/2 bathrooms and 2,712 square feet of living space. Ellington bought it in 2007 for $1,845,000, according to public records.
