Hear Now Festival: A classical music listing in the April 26 Arts & Books section gave an incorrect start time for the first of two concerts Saturday at the Hear Now Festival at the First Lutheran Church in Venice. The correct times are 4 and 8 p.m.

Medicare coverage: The Healthcare Watch column in the April 27 Section A about late sign-up penalties for Medicare Part B incorrectly said there is a late fee if you delay signing up while working for a company with fewer than 20 employees, even if you have work-based health insurance. The penalty does not apply if you continue coverage through your employer, but there can be other costs for not signing up around your 65th birthday.

Don Mankiewicz: In the April 27 California section, the obituary of TV and film writer Don M. Mankiewicz misstated the relationships of his surviving family members. His survivors include Carol, his wife since 1972, and their daughters, Jan Diaz and Sandy Perez; and children John Mankiewicz and Jane Mankiewicz from their father’s first marriage, to Ilene Korsen. Additionally, Korsen’s surname was misspelled as Korson.
