Among features are a media room/studio and a large living room with a wet bar and a secondary lounge. Built-in bookshelves fill one wall in the den. The common rooms are oriented toward the swimming pool and have sliding glass doors that open to the grounds for indoor-outdoor living and entertaining.

The master suite has a walk-in dressing room and a skylight-topped spa. There are three bedrooms, four bathrooms and a powder room in all.

Stivers, who died last year at 93, began her career in television in the 1950s working for Dick Clark and as a writer for the game show “The Big Payoff.” She later partnered with her husband, Bob Stivers, now deceased, in producing the “People’s Choice Awards,” the annual special “Circus of the Stars” and the talk show “Dinah’s Place,” starring Dinah Shore.

Marcie Hartley of Hilton & Hyland and Samara Saffian of Dilbeck Real Estate hold the listing.
