Jodie Foster has sold her home in Hollywood Hills for $4.995 million.

The Spanish-style house, built in 1935, is in the Bird Streets area, long popular with celebrities. A courtyard leads to a skylighted entry. The step-down living room has a cathedral ceiling, a stone fireplace and views of Century City.

The 6,060 square feet of living space includes a formal dining room, an office, a screening room, five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The master suite features a sitting area and a sauna.

French doors open to an outdoor seating area, a swimming pool and gardens on the third-acre property.

Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency was the listing agent. Conrad Hitchcock of Hilton & Hyland/Christie’s International Real Estate represented the buyer.
