Moby, the DJ and musician, has listed a renovated English Traditional home in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles for $4.495 million.

Set on a corner lot, the walled and hedged 1926 home incorporates a fresh aesthetic while retaining such original details as the groin vault ceilings and detailed fireplace surrounds.

Tall windows and crisp white wainscoting are among features in the dining room, which holds one of three fireplaces. The living space, at 4,644 square feet, includes an updated kitchen, a grand living room and a family room with walls of built-ins. There are two master suites for a total of five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

On the lower level, a secret entrance connects an office and guest suite to a bathroom and steam room.

A flagstone-surrounded swimming pool and spa, sitting areas and mature trees make up the grounds.

Moby, whose legal name is Richard Melville Hall, rose to fame in the 1990s for his electronic dance music, including the 1999 electronica album “Play.” More recently, the 52-year-old released the album “More Fast Songs About the Apocalypse” last year. He has another album, “Everything Was Beautiful and Nothing Hurt,” due out in March.

Three years ago, he ventured into restaurant ownership, opening the vegan bistro Little Pine in Silver Lake.

Moby bought the property two years ago for $3.4 million, The Times previously reported. He previously owned the storied Wolf’s Lair compound in Hollywood Hills and owns other property in Los Feliz.
