Actress Dana Davis has purchased a contemporary condominium in North Hollywood for $430,000.
The three-bedroom, 2 1/2 -bathroom unit has 1,509 square feet of living space. It's in a new four-story building with 21 condos featuring city and mountain views, hardwood and tile flooring and kitchens with granite counters, stainless-steel appliances and breakfast bars.
Davis plays head cheerleader Chastity Church in the ABC Family series "10 Things I Hate About You," which premieres July 7. She was in the second season of NBC's "Heroes" (2007-08) and in the ABC series "The Nine" (2006-07).
The actress, in her mid-20s, is a violinist and a volunteer for Empowering Lives International, which works with underprivileged children in East Africa.
