Ken Moore obituary: In the Dec. 25 California section, a headline on the obituary of D-Day Army medic Ken Moore listed his life span as 1944-2014. It should have been 1924-2014.

Fig Central: In the Dec. 25 Business section, an article about the Fig Central real estate development in downtown Los Angeles said that nearly 450,000 square feet of retail space was planned. About 200,000 square feet of retail space is planned.

Roman Polanski: In the Dec. 17 California section, an article and timeline about director Roman Polanski said that Polanski made his first bid to have the sexual assault charges against him dismissed in 2008. That happened in 2009.

New York shootings: In the Dec. 24 Section A, an article about the slayings of two New York policemen said that the city dimmed its lights in their honor Tuesday night at 6 p.m. That was Pacific time. It should have said 9 p.m., the local time in New York.
