Ray Polk, homeless himself, set up a sanctuary under an abandoned Fresno freeway overpass to serve the homeless. The city wants to evict him so that the area can be developed, but religious leaders have rallied behind him. Officials have given him until Dec. 8 to move out, or they will tear down the encampment.
