A model who has accused Bill Cosby of sexually assaulting her at a Playboy Mansion party in 2008 was arrested on suspicion of bringing heroin to a San Diego County jail Sunday night, a sheriff’s official confirmed.

Chloe Goins, 27, was parked in a lot at the George F. Bailey Detention Center in Otay Mesa when a deputy approached her about an unspecified vehicle violation about 10:45 p.m., sheriff’s spokesman Ryan Keim said.

A drug thought to be heroin was found in her car and she was arrested soon after, Keim said. Goins faces two felony charges: possessing a controlled substance in prison and bringing alcohol or drugs in prison, according to jail records. She is being held on $25,000 bail.

It’s unclear whether Goins went into the prison building with the drugs or if she was merely on prison grounds, which would include the parking lot, when she was arrested, Keim said.

The woman is one of dozens to accuse Cosby of sexual assault across many years and cities.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Goins told investigators that the comedian drugged her drink, causing her to black out at “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”-themed party at the mansion in 2008. She was 18 at the time.

When she awoke, she said, she was naked on a bed and Cosby was biting her toes, his pants at his feet.

Cosby’s attorney’s denied the accusations, saying he was in New York at the time of the party.

Prosecutors declined to press charges against him, stating in part that there was no evidence to support a felony charge and that two misdemeanor crimes described by Goins were beyond the statute of limitations.
