Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies detained a 21-year-old Arizona man who they say showed up at the home of Kris Jenner — where her daughter Kim Kardashian is staying — and claimed to be Kardashian’s boyfriend.

Deputies responded to the home in the 25000 block of El Dorado Meadow Road in Hidden Hills around 4 p.m. Sunday after receiving a call about a suspicious person, authorities said.

The caller said the man had arrived at the home uninvited. When deputies made contact with the man, he told them he had been “communicating with [Kardashian] telepathically,” sheriff’s officials said in a statement.

“The man claimed he had been invited to visit the Hidden Hills resident, so he drove out from Arizona,” the statement said. “Deputies described the man as disheveled and said he talked to himself during their contact.”

Sgt. Brad Johnson said the man was taken to a medical center and placed under a psychiatric hold pending treatment.

Johnson confirmed the house involved in the incident was the Jenner-Kardashian home. Kardashian, her fiancé, Kanye West, and their daughter, North, are living there while their own residence is under construction.

Sgt. Don Prince confirmed the suspect’s claims were related to Kardashian. Prince said contact between the man and deputies was made outside the residence.
