Marques Harper has been appointed fashion editor for the Los Angeles Times.

Harper has been serving as interim fashion editor and has quickly made his mark on the Image section. He has deftly contributed to The Times' coverage of live events, including the Oscars, and added an important fashion element to our recent coverage of the Coachella Music and Arts Festival.
