Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2013: 5 favorite photos

The 2013 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show was held Wednesday in New York, and it was as glitter-injected and skin-baring as could be expected from a superstar lingerie show.

Highlights included Taylor Swift, Fall Out Boy and the highly anticipated $10-million Royal Fantasy Bra -- plus a host of supermodels such as Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Doutzen Kroes and Candice Swanepoel legging it along the VS runway.

There was no shortage of feathers, boots and bustiers at the fashion show, which was recorded Wednesday at New York’s Lexington Armory. The show is scheduled to air Dec. 10 on CBS.

Singer Taylor Swift, shown above in the “Snow Angels” section of the show, tweeted her excitement prior to her performance, as the Los Angeles Times’ Nardine Saad reported: “I’ve been in rehearsals all day for #VSFashionShow and I can’t wait for tomorrow!! EXCITED. @VictoriasSecret,” the seven-time Grammy-winner wrote.

Supermodel Candice Swanepoel wore what was no doubt the priciest lingerie of the night. International jeweler Mouawad created the $10-million Royal Fantasy Bra.
