Wednesday vs. Portland, 7:30 p.m. (Fox Sports Net, 10 p.m., after Ducks’ playoff game) -- The season finale could prove to be a meaningful game. The Trail Blazers probably will need a victory to better their playoff standing. The Lakers and Minnesota Timberwolves, jockeying with the Trail Blazers for playoff position, will be pulling hard for a Clipper victory.
