Boys’ basketball: Long Beach Jordan hosts tournament this weekend
The Ron Massey Memorial tournament will be held Saturday and Sunday at Long Beach Jordan in honor of the former Jordan basketball coach.
Saturday’s schedule: Cathedral vs. Chino Hills, 5 p.m.; Maranatha vs. LB Jordan, 6:10 p.m.; Bishop Gorman vs. Compton, 7:20 p.m.; Long Beach Poly vs. Cantwell-Sacred Heart, 8:30 p.m..
Semifinals will be held on Sunday at 11:20 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. with the championship game at 5:10 p.m.
Admission is $10.
