The Lakers will finally get one of their three injured point guards back, in time for Christmas.

According to the team, Jordan Farmar has been cleared to return from a hamstring tear.

With injuries to Steve Nash (back), Steve Blake (elbow), Kobe Bryant (knee) and Farmar, the Lakers' back court has been decimated for weeks.

The Lakers host the Miami Heat on Christmas Day.

Farmar was injured on Dec. 1, playing just 55 seconds against the Portland Trail Blazers.

On the season, Farmar has averaged 9.2 points and 4.4 assists a game while shooting 43.8% from the field and 39.3% from three-point range.

Shooting guard/small forward Xavier Henry played point guard for the Lakers in the absence of an regular point guard.
