National letter of intent day has come and gone for football players from the class of 2017. That means it’s already time to start looking at top college prospects from the class of 2018.

First up is Santa Ana Mater Dei, which is loaded with prospects, starting with receiver Amon-ra St. Brown and offensive lineman Tommy Brown. The Monarchs just added linebacker Solomon Tuliaupupu from Claremont. And receivers Nikko Remigio and Chris Parks have scholarship offers.

Oaks Christian has quarterback Matt Corral, a USC commit. Newbury Park has quarterback Cameron Rising, an Oklahoma commit. St. John Bosco quarterback Re-al Mitchell is starting to pick up lots of offers, as is Corona Centennial QB Tanner McKee.

Chaminade receiver Michael Wilson is gaining attention. Hawkins receiver Jalen Hall should take over for Joseph Lewis as the team’s No. 1 prospect. Receiver is a very strong position, and Marquis Spiker of Murrieta Valley and Austin Osborne of Mission Viejo are also highly regarded.

Narbonne linebacker Raymond Scott is a USC commit. Gardena Serra receivers Kobe Smith and John Jackson are gaining traction.

So get ready for the 40-yard times and seven on seven passing tournaments.
