The record-setting storms that dumped more than 10 inches of rain in the Green Haven neighborhood of Pasadena washed away roadbeds that will take days, and in at least one case more than a month, to fix, county officials said. The worst of the ruined roads is Marley Neck Road in Glen Burnie, about two miles from Green Haven, where a 200-foot section of roadway was undermined as flood waters gouged out earth around three pipes under the roadway.
