Review: Mimosa in Boca Raton

Overall Impression: When I heard about a startup gourmet French restaurant that's also affordable, I hoped it would be one of those happy discoveries — a cozy jewel with imaginative cuisine and an intimate ambience I'd want to share with friends. Flush with optimism, we made reservations. Yes, the decor at Mimosa is welcoming, but right away I noticed something disappointing: paper place mats instead of tablecloths.
