The bong-throwing case that's been hanging over Amanda Bynes' head for more than a year was dismissed Monday by a New York judge after the actress complied with an order to stay out of trouble for six months and undergo counseling. "She has provided materials that she has complied with whatever was required of her," Bynes' attorney Gerald Shargel confirmed.
