Gregg Allman band's tour bus crashes, injuring three, but 'everyone's OK'

Three members of the production crew for Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member Gregg Allman’s band were injured Tuesday after a tour bus went off the road in West Virginia and crashed.

Allman, 68, was not on the bus, a band spokesman told The Times on Wednesday.

Earl McCoy, Timothy Wright and Michael Gallun — who serve as Allman’s monitor engineer, production manager and audio technician — were treated and released at a local hospital following the crash in Jackson County, the spokesman said.

“Everyone’s OK,” he said.
