Add McLagan Star To Englehart's Sky

I saw room for one more star in Bob Englehart's Christmas Day "Birth and Rebirth" tribute to those we lost this past year: Ian "Mac" McLagan. Mac first came to notoriety as a pioneer of using the Hammond organ in a rock context with the The Small Faces, a British pop charts band that dropped the "Small" from their name when Rod Stewart and Ron Wood joined their ranks.   Apart from his tenure in the Small Faces/Faces, Mac proved a popular sideman and toured as a band member with a wide variety of headliners including Howlin' Wolf, Bob Dylan, Bonnie Raitt and The Rolling Stones.
