Carroll Collector's Club contributes to hospital

The Carroll Collector's Club made a donation to support breast cancer services at the Center for Breast Health at Carroll Hospital Center in November. Club member Herb Marquess presented a check for $6,734 to Amy Knaby, director of special events at the hospital. The funds were raised during the club's annual bingo dinner Oct. 11 at the Gamber fire company in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Since 2000, this event has raised more than $92,000 for Carroll Hospital Center's breast cancer services.
