The Butcher's Daughter vegetarian cafe opens today on Abbot Kinney

The Butchers Daughter, the New York City vegetarian cafe and juice bar known for its avocado toast eggs Benedict, is now open on Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Venice. 

Executive chef Jermaine Jonas, co-founder of Juice NV in Las Vegas and the man behind multiple Juice Press locations in New York, will helm the kitchen at the 3,200-square-foot cafe and juice bar. On the menu are some of the New York outlet's most popular dishes, including the spicy kale Caesar, the smashed avocado toast and the butcher's burger, which is made with vegetables and black beans rather than meat.
