Stanford University’s Zeta Psi fraternity chapter has voluntarily agreed to disband for five years in the aftermath of an April 21 drinking party that led to the death of member David Dunshee, 20, who drowned in Lake Lagunita with a blood alcohol level of 0.25%--more than twice the legal level of intoxication in California.
