Chicago Cubs pitcher Jon Lester used a little ingenuity to get an out in a game against the San Diego Padres when the ball got stuck in his glove. With one out and a runner on first base, Padres shortstop Clint Barmes hit a one-hopper to Lester, who gloved the ball and spun toward second base to start a potential double play. Lester, though, couldn't pull the ball out of his glove. Although rare, it's happened before, so the left-handed pitcher knew what to do.
