The Clippers received boos from their home crowd as they walked off the court at halftime, trailing the Raptors by 29 points. During those dreadful opening 24 minutes, they had as many turnovers (13) as field goals (13). In the half, Blake Griffin was scoreless and Chris Paul had two points.
The Raptors then lost their touch in the third quarter, shooting only 18.2% from the field as the Clippers outscored them, 21-8, to trim their deficit to 16 points entering the fourth.
